Cancellation Policy

Booking and Payment: All services (mural consult, private art sessions, and custom artwork parentheses must be booked in advance through the website booking page via email at . A nonrefundable deposit is required to reserve your time: $25 for consultations or art time under two hours. I ask a 50% deposit for mural with full payment due at the time of service. Life happens! You may reschedule up to 48 hours in advance without penalty. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may result in a forfeited deposit. No-shows are charged the full session amount. Deposits are nonrefundable. If I need to cancel due to illness, weather, or unforeseen circumstances, I will work with you to reschedule or issue a full refund. All murals and custom pieces require a consultation first. Once the quote is approved, a contract may be provided for a large scale work. Changes requested after the design is finalized may incur additional fees. Please arrive on time and prepared. If you’re running late, let me know! I do my best to create a welcoming, neurodivergent and trauma-informed space. If you need accommodations such as quiet time, slower, pacing, visual scheduling, just ask!
